When to arrive
Doors-off flights: arrive at least 60 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may be denied boarding for the safety briefing. Closed-door flights: arrive about 45 minutes before. Flight times are estimates because the helicopter follows a route, not a fixed clock.
Taxi or rideshare
Ask for “4FLY RJ, Hangar 20, Aeroporto de Jacarepaguá, Av. Ayrton Senna 2541.” This is not Galeão and not Santos Dumont. From Copacabana or Ipanema allow 40–60 minutes in traffic.
Car
Parking is usually available at the hangar. A taxi is simpler if you are staying in the south zone.
